First of all, if you look on Cherry's app on page 738, you get a couple of key cards. And you can avoid the "must have them in front of me" problem by simply making a set deck list and then using Yugioh Wiki if you need a reminder of the effects.

It's not as easy for me as for others Aniki. I actually have to have hte cards in front of me. The one exception to this rule is the cards that I made myself, which is a large part of why I wanted to use them. Ah well, i guess I can't take part then. It's a shame, really. The whole death duel thing really caught my interest.

Nah, it's actually more like I made them myself and put so much work into them, so it's easier for me to remember them when putting a deck of them together.

That makes it more complicated for me Cherry. Besides, it taked me a long time to make a good deck even with the cards in front of me, because I have to test it first and then remake it and keep doing that until I get it right. There's no time for that even if I was able to make good decks online, so unfortunately I am going to have to bow out of this one. Sorry.

 

Besides, YND is very laggy. I hate the lag and have refused to deal with it anymore.

That's only if you want to make anime style dark synchros because I believe when they were released into the official game they were just normal synchros that required dark tuners. So you can technically make anything with the card maker and it's just editing a template. But yeah, but you have to use other things to get creative, lol.

Yes, everyone already knows they had released the Dark Synchros as normal ones, since heaven forbid a Yugimonz player can learn basic math.

Obviously. Subtracting numbers in the hundreds and thousands fine, but finding single digit negative numbers, no way can the players handle that.

 

Now that the sarcasm is over: I think it was mostly that Konami just didn't want to make a whole other card color/style for a few monsters. So they went with the expected course of action and got lazy.

I think it's cause Dark Synchros was a dumb gimmick and they didn't want to have to realse support for the things which was just a uncreative derivative of normal synchros.

The only reason Dark Synchros didn't become an official Card Type is because the Dark Tuners suck ass.

I believe Cherry's already limited custom cards to key cards only, meaning only a couple per deck if the person so chooses, and even then is going to be wary of them. Though since the one person that was going to be an issue for decided he wouldn't be participating removing custom cards completely seems like a good idea.
