Starly_64 Posted June 29, 2010 Report Share Posted June 29, 2010 - Use capitalization in the name, "Dragon Heart"- The image needs a background- There are several OCG errors, eg.atk= ATKdragons= Dragon-Type monstersfeild= field- The effect is pretty overpowered. It's a very strong effect, but there is no drawback to make it balanced. If you summon 1 Luster Dragon, that's 3800 ATK right there. And BEWD is 6000 ATK.
