However, Thanonyx created the original version of this card. Good pics, good ideas, but the ideas were not practical. You couldnt use most of them in a real game and expect to win. 6/10 for effort and attention to detail. Shizuku Oikawa Posted July 13, 2010 Report Share Posted July 13, 2010 Sailor Pluto is kinda useful too, I mean, if you drew her and Star Blast and Double Summon, you already just prevented your opponent's turn like nothing with another monster out on the field also, if you had a Level 4 or lower monster or something, but the only problem is that they don't go that well together. I mean they wouldn't really last long in against an Actual Deck unless it was combined with really useful cards, like Marauding Captain or other cards that makes it more powerful.But the idea is nice and I like it.9/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And if you had that card combo in your hand then you definintly wouldnt have enough monsters on the field to make that second turn make a difference in the game. "Arcana Force - The World" has better uses than Pluto with turn Skipping, maybe a smaller cost, like 2500 Life Points, or Half of your Life Points, but reducing yourself to 100 wouldn't really help, unless your running a ridiculous Gain Life Points Deck, where not even Solemn Judgment at the start would hurt. I don't want it to be any lower because Pluto can attack during the same turn, then kill herself, so only paying 2500 life points would be kinda low since she can already do 2500 damage. Also, I think there are a few useful combos that are legitimate. Example: 1. Summon Sailor Venus.2. Remove her for Sailor Moon.3. Ram Sailor Moon into a Monarch/other 2400 ATK monster.4. For those who don't know, Sailor Moon does not have a transformation stick. ^Yes, we all know that there's no way to say "Uranus" without being laughed at. Speaking of which, how do you people say "Uranus"? I say it with a long "a" sound when I talk about the planet, but with an "uh" sound for the "a" when I'm talking about sailor Uranus.
