At least it has a condition to activate the effects. That balances it out nicely. (I can still see this being at either one or two per deck, but that's just me) Good image as always. Fortunately I have a bit more time this weekend and I have already made a new item (or pet? idk) - Sailor Mini Moon's "Luna P" ball. This is the kind of card that would probably be put at 1 or 0 INSTANTLY. It's like Magician of Faith + a better Gold Sarcophagus fused together. Even with the required 'Sailor Mini Moon' on the field to use it, it can be super abused with a way to keep bringing it back from the Graveyard to your hand. The ignoring the cost just makes it more broken. (Being able to use things like Dimension Fusion, Meta Ton Magical Cannon, and other high cost cards for free is just - dang). Obviously, I wasn't paying attention when I first designed it because I didn't think of anything that Saturn said. My sister and I used to watch this show together when we were kids (And yes, I'm a guy!) About a year or two ago I decided to watch the last season of it to see how it ended, and I enjoyed it.
