No; my point is: the dragons are harder to summon because one's a Synchro and the other is a Dark Synchro. You could possibly make more Summoning Conditions like, "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Golden Dragon Queen"." It doesn't have to be a NOMI.
