The Weakest Link ~Episode 2~ Finished!

Woah Woah guys, your cards were amazing, you went to great lengths to get everything right. But unfortunately, some were better than others... meaning I have to chop someone.
alien masta!

Reason: Your cards were good, but there were 2 things that really disseminated me here. Those awful pictures and the pointlessness in the last effect of the spell card you created. A cards picture is just as important as it's effect. Thank you for participating though.

Seems like the first person to post gets "chopped" D:

Well, I'm in a rush and I won't be on later in the day(quite possibly).
While this card is face-up WIND monsters cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally). You can Tribute this card to negate any effect that targets WIND monsters. When this card is removed from the field, select 1 monster you control. It gains the following effect: *While this card is face-up on the field its Attribute is also WIND. Treat this card also as a Tuner monster. Once per turn during your Standby Phase, you can remove 1 monster in your Graveyard from play and discard 1 card from your hand to return 1 monster on the field to the owner's hand and return 1 Spell or Trap card your opponent controls to the top of his/her Deck.

Here's my card for Round 3.

164206s.jpg
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all WIND monsters you control are treated as a Gemini-type monster treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

• When this card attacks your opponent directly, destroy a Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

You can return 1 Level 5 or higher WIND monster you control to your hand to Special Summon this card from your hand. Then you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower WIND monster from your hand. When this card is destroyed, you can Tribute 1 WIND monster you control to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If you do, this card's Level, ATK and DEF are halved.

You guys put up a great fight, but this round was a tad dissapointing when it came to creativity. Oh well...
Shradow!

Reason = Shradow, I understood what your effect was trying to portray, but unfortunately the execution on it was poor. "treated as a Gemini-type monster treated as an Effect Monster" is an unacceptable grammar line and just cannot be overlooked. On top of that, when i said tuner, you did not seem to take playability into consideration. 7 stars is rarely, or even never going to be taken in for tuner.

Well, tomorrow will be the final round. Prepared children?

As prepared as a stuffed duck prepared for roasting. Oh yeah' date=' I'm watching Chopped right now.

Will it be a 1 on 1 battle?

[/quote']

Indeed it will. You two will face off and will be judged the toughest oyu have ever been, in your entire life.

As the Golden Bridge Trainers (from Pokemon R/B/Y) once said, "I did my best, I have no regrets." I unveil to this contest, the Dementia Alarm Clock Trap cards! I have a feeling I won't win due the complexity(probably not realistic) of the effects(I don't understand it myself xD). I don't expect to win, but without contests, I feel that Card Making is pretty much bland, because frankly, we can do whatever the **** we want in Card Making. I made these cards artistically (the images aren't mine, they come from JazinKay's Archive) through concept with my strange obsession with things that look cute but are quite dangerous. What I'm saying is, I'm actually proud of these cards despite the fact they are quite unrealistic(length of effect). Great contest, Essence! /tears

Such a touching testimony, well... BEHOLD! *contracts dementia*
Dementia Alarm Clock, Morning Mourning]

dementiaalarmclockmorni.jpg
You can pay 2000 Life Points to add this card to your hand from your Deck. Once per turn, if you control "Dementia Alarm Clock, Midnight Nightmare", you can add 1 card that is removed from play to your Graveyard. After the 1st End Phase this card is activated, you must discard 1 Spell or Trap card from your hand at each of your End Phases, if you cannot discard your hand and draw 5 cards. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of Spells after the 6th End Phase this card is activated. Each time you discard 1 Spell or Trap card by this card's effect, you can skip your next Draw Phase and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard instead. When a monster Special Summoned by this card's effect is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can add 1 "Dementia Alarm Clock, Noon" from your Deck to your hand or add 1 card from your Graveyard to your hand. After the 21st End Phase this card was activated, if you control "Dementia Alarm Clock, Afternoon Hunger" and "Dementia Alarm Clock, Midnight Nightmare", inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each card discarded by the effect of "Dementia Alarm Clock" Trap cards.
Pay 700 Life Points to activate this card. After the 2nd End Phase this card is activated, you must discard 1 monster card from your hand at each of your Standby Phases, if you cannot then discard 3 cards from the top of your Deck. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of Spells after the 12th End Phase this card is activated. Each time you discard card(s) by the effect of "Dementia Alarm Clock" Trap cards, once per turn you can remove 1 card in your Graveyard from play and 2 cards from your Graveyard to your Deck; your Deck is then shuffled. If you control "Dementia Alarm Clock, Morning", once per turn you can Tribute 1 monster you control to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower monster from your Graveyard. After the 16th End Phase this card was activated, you can add 1 "Dementia Alarm Clock, Midnight" from your Deck to your hand. After the 21st End Phase this card was activated, if you control "Dementia Alarm Clock, Morning Mourning" and "Dementia Alarm Clock, Midnight Nightmare", inflict 800 damage to your opponent for each card discarded by the effect of "Dementia Alarm Clock" Trap cards.

After the 18th End Phase this card was activated, once per turn, you can remove 1 card from the top of your Deck from play to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. A monster summoned by this effect returns to the bottom of the Deck at the end of the turn this effect is activated. EDIT: Does anyone else see only 1 card in the 3 spoilers?

EDIT2: Nevermind, I fixed it.
Master Tortoise!

Reason: Your cards were actually going to be the winning choice, until i read 1 flaw. It said you card return one card with "Spirit" in the cards name, while neither of your cards had "spirit". They had "Spirits" with an as. That one letter has made your cards downfall this competition.

Congratulations Winner! You have beaten Chopped! We hope to see some familiar faces soon on other episodes of chopped.

The word spirit is in "spirits".

The card was made to support Spirit trap cards.

But' date=' your decision is final. I fought a great battle and have no regrets. But I'll be back. I'm always back. It may be with an axe, or just with a card for your next contest, but I'll be back.

[/quote']

At the first, when cards say they can summon "Mystic" monsters, they cannot summon Mystical monsters, because Mystic is not in the "Card Name". it's in the word yes, but not in the card name....
