Quote for a Description (and a not so good one, I might add)I mean, you could've at least said "This Warrior was born with a Power Level of around 10,000. So they built a mind controling device to keep his power in control. That control was lost when he met the person that he had remembered when they barely newborns that made him angry."It's Broly, it shouldn't be hard to come up a creative description.
