It does need drawbacks, also, if you didn't notice, it has the abilty to summon itself, kinda like Colossul Fighter, kinda overpowered, even if it is level 10.

The words are kinda needed, it would be overpowered if it didn't have "and sends it to the Graveyard" (Cactus Fighter has an OTK because that part isn't added), also if it's just "destroy" then destroy by what? By Battle or Effect? (Elecfox easily points this out)

 

There's no such thing as a Dark-Type monster, only DARK monsters and "one" should be changed to "1"

those are the only actual errors and also the "If this card is in the graveyard, Special Summon 1 DARK monster from either player's Graveyard" confuses me and doesn't make sense especially since it has no drawbacks what so ever.
