You cannot make a FTK.:) Anyway overall even if the Deck is Good you just cannot combine EI with Exodia and put some stuff in. Maybe you can btu even if you manage to Stall enough to get Exodia the opponent would figure out how to destroy your Stalling Privileges and then defeat you. Thsi Deck just isn't worth it.
