Pokemon Darkcrystal: Rise of Arceus

In the ancient and mystical world we call The World of Pokemon, everyone lived in harmony and peace. There were continents each ruled by a legendary king who were one the creators of the pokemon world itself. As time went on, battles were fought and wars were won but peace still remained dominant. This continued until the evil and corrupted King Girantina was crowned. He craved riches and power and raided neighboring countrys and continents. Many legendary pokemon , Groudon, Kyogre, Latios, Regigigas and even Deoxys, fought to slay this beast but to no avail.

 

 

Girantinas reign continued but soon spies were sent to uncover the secret of Girantinas imense power, Darkcrystal. It was a black substance recovered from the deapest crags underneath the legendary spear pillar. It lies so deep it is close to the planets core it is almost impossible to retrieve and there isn't much left. If touched by a pokemon that pokemon is granted great power but there is a cost. The more Darkmatter that you absorb, the more corrupt you become. Girantina had taken beyond the advised dosage and was very nearly declared insane. His chaotic reign was put to an end by the pokemon that created Darkcrystal, the pokemon that created the entire pokemon world , Arceus. He rose from his grand hall and tomb, The Hall of Origin, with one thought in mind, to defeat Girantina. Arceus had the power of creation and also the power of destruction. He fought Girantina in a 1 on 1 battle and defeated him single handedly. Arceus then returned to his tomb and made the rest of the pokemon promise to keep the terrible discovery of Darkcrystal a secret or the whole world would regret it. The pokemon nations agreed to his terms and sent the only pokemon who was confortable in those temperatures to gaurd it, Heatran.

 

 

In present there have been rumours of sightings of Arceus. It was only comfirmed recently when many pokemon raided and destroyed a city with Arceus commanding them. The few who survived the battle and saw the legendary one said he was not the hero they described in the legend. Arceus and his dark army are getting closer each day to the next city in his way. The world of pokemon had known peace since the day Girantina was defeated, 3000 years ago. The mayor of a small village has declared a meeting to be held in his village in which the participants embark on the journey to retrieve the Flute of Azure, the only known way of defeating Arceus. Pokemon travel from all over the pokemon world to enter this tournament and you are one of these pokemon.

Eventually when he was older he decided to leave the tribe, to prove to the others and himself that he could be a strong warrior. He had to hunt for food to survive and trained himself in a extreme conditions. He lived a harsh life and trained until he was ready. Afterwards, he returned to the tribe to defeat it's leader, a Lucario who bullied him as a child. He defeated his enemy easily and earned the nick-name Thorn for being sharp and decisive. After hearing about the tournament Thorn travelled to the village to test himself to the limit.

[spoiler= Bio:] Rayquaza is hundreds of years old and is hugely powerful. He had fought Girantina when he was alive and had become King of The Sky which he created, making it his domain and he would not be beaten in it. He rules The Sky Kingdom which is built on a great mountain which reaches the clouds and it was him that created Tournament City, it will be used afterwards as a great stadium.

They got away but Lugia was forced into an eternal sleep, he left a Silver wing with the Guardians of the Library so when they find the right bell, they could re-awake Lugia and shall have their leader back (Lugia won't appear until later).

*Trumpet announcement music* The mayor of Tournament City, Wishcash, sat in his personal pool at the center of the viewing area of the stadium, watching the first battle of the tournament between a Haunter and a Natu. "Stop the battle!" Sometimes he stopped the battle before it was over to avoid unnecessary medical bills, he was finicky with money, "The winner who will move on to the next round is.... Poison the HAUNTER!" Poison had moved on, and Wishcash was ready for the next two pokemon. (Think of that as the intro to the RP, BTW that was a NPC post).

 

Void had heard the winner. He wore a black cloak that all members of the Guardians wore that covered himself entirely, none knew what pokemon lied beneath the cloak. He began to walk through Tournament city to see many pokemon preparing for battles, buying berries and other items, but all Void needed was his Odd Incense and bent spoons that All Alakazams had, they were in a pocket in his cloak so he could have his hand free, and the odd incense was put as a necklace on the outside of the cloak for everyone to see. He walked and saw the Natu being patched up, it's feathers were falling out, that was the Natu that lost to the Haunter called Poison. He then heard over the announcments, "THE NEXT BATTLE! THE LUCARIO THORN VS. THE URSARING GRIZ!" Void then thought, "Well, this should be interesting." The tournament worked diffrently than you would think, the winner would definatly be in the party but Wishcash would decide based off skill and whether or not the pokemon had the right attitude or skills. The pokemon could've lost the first match but they could still be in the team. Also pokemon would fight in more than one matches even if they lost if Wishcash wanted it. (Only me and Aura Blazer can control Wishcash.)

*Trumpet announcement music* The mayor of Tournament City, Wishcash, sat in his personal pool at the center of the viewing area of the stadium, watching the first battle of the tournament between a Haunter and a Natu. "Stop the battle!" Sometimes he stopped the battle before it was over to avoid unnecessary medical bills, he was finicky with money, "The winner who will move on to the next round is.... Poison the HAUNTER!" Poison had moved on, and Wishcash was ready for the next two pokemon. (Think of that as the intro to the RP, BTW that was a NPC post).

 

Void had heard the winner. He wore a black cloak that all members of the Guardians wore that covered himself entirely, none knew what pokemon lied beneath the cloak. He began to walk through Tournament city to see many pokemon preparing for battles, buying berries and other items, but all Void needed was his Odd Incense and bent spoons that All Alakazams had, they were in a pocket in his cloak so he could have his hand free, and the odd incense was put as a necklace on the outside of the cloak for everyone to see. He walked and saw the Natu being patched up, it's feathers were falling out, that was the Natu that lost to the Haunter called Poison. He then heard over the announcments, "THE NEXT BATTLE! THE LUCARIO THORN VS. THE URSARING GRIZ!" Void then thought, "Well, this should be interesting." The tournament worked diffrently than you would think, the winner would definatly be in the party but Wishcash would decide based off skill and whether or not the pokemon had the right attitude or skills. The pokemon could've lost the first match but they could still be in the team. Also pokemon would fight in more than one matches even if they lost if Wishcash wanted it. (Only me and Aura Blazer can control Wishcash.)

"Oh sorry Mr." Lago hurried out of the way for the other passengers to get off. Lago made his way into the market region where he bought a Dragon Fang in a necklace form. "Well, this'll be useful for the tournament." The seller helped put the necklace around Lago's neck and then put a bandana around it to covered it up. "Thanks a lot." Lago then continued to the stadium but after awhile, Lago bumped into someone. "Oof..."

 

"Hey are you alright?" Blaze asked while helping Lago up.

 

"Yeah, I'm alright. Sorry for bumping into you-"

Thorn sat in the Preparation Room, which is where pokemon go befiore entering the tournament. He was leaning against a cupboard full of medical supplys. One of the trainers in the room approached him, it was Machamp, the head coach. "Are you ready?" Machamp asked Thorn. "Yes and who is my opponent?" Thorn replied, taking a sip from his ice cold water. It helped him clear his mind and focus. Suddenly, the main arena doors opened, spreading a bright light that filled the room. "Your opponent is Griz, the Ursaring," Machamp said, turning round and walking through double doors. Thorn stood and followed Machamp through the doors, crowds started to cheer (yes they sell tickets to this place, how else would they raise money?) and flood lights turned their attention to Thorn as he walked to the centre of the arena. Identical doors oppposite to Thorn opened reaveling his opponent, Griz. Machamp also filling in as the referee, stated the rules. "Listen, no major injuries and no 1 hhit knock out moves. If the fight gets too serious Whishcash will finish it. Everything understood?" Thorn looked at his opponent, who was wearing a chaampions belt around his waist and was cracking his knuckles. "Understood," both contestants said in unison. Machamp then picked up a microphone "Then let the fight, begin!"

 

 

Thorn jumped backwards, to put ground between him and his foe. Griz ran towards Thorn, who rolled, dodging his attack. Thorn then followed his dodge up with Steel Claw, slashing Griz in the back, who yelled in pain. Ursaring turned around using Fury Swipes, attempting to slash Thorn many times but to no avail. Thorn used Force Palm, smashing Ursaring in the chest and sending him flying backwards. Thorn's hands then began to glow and summoned and orb of blue power, Aura Sphere. He sent the sphere flying in Ursaring's direction who was picking himself up from the last attack. It hit him, knocking him out and winning him the battle. The crowd cheered and Thorn turned around walking back to the double doors, not speaking a word. Machamp then put the microphone to his mouth and said, "Thorn the Lucario, IS THE WINNER!" The crowd then began to whistle and cheer, as medics put Griz on a stretcher taking him to the medical wing.

As a Tropius, he was barely missable, and the crowd had been temporarily forced to move aside so he could see without trampling on anyone. Having stayed where he was, he had cheered on Thorn's fight, and let out a somewhat estatic cry when he saw that Thorn had won. Wow, if I can fight him, that'd be awesome! Now, I guess I should go - my match'll be soon. He looked down and noticed an issue; how was he suppose to get out?

And he didn't think he was going to make any soon. The referee for his battle came in. It was a Shuckle. He held a clipboard and asked, "Are you Aero the Gliscor." Aero looked at the Shuckle with one eyebrow raised. "Of course i am...I'm the only Gliscor here...right?" Shuckle smiled and replied with a, "yup!" He and Aero both entered into the Stadium. Standing before him was a Toxicroak. "This is your opponent, Bruiser. I don't want to see any dirty tricks, and i don't wanna see major injuries." Both pokemon nodded. "Then....go!"

 

As soon as the Shuckle said that, Aero launched himself into the sky so Bruiser couldn't get to him. He obviously had the upper hand. But Bruiser's neck enlarged as it used Gunk Shot. Aero dodged the first, but the second one had hit him. His wings became sticky and he plummeted to earth. "Gah...that's nasty." As soon as he looked up, Bruiser used Mega Punch right in his face. He flew back a couple yards and landed on the ground. "OWW!" He said as he got up. "That's it..." Parts of his teeth became firey, icy, and...lightningy. He used Extremespeed to get up close, and sunk his elemental fangs into Bruiser. There was an explosion of light. When it all cleared up, Aero was the only one standing...breathing heavily. Shuckle waddled towards Aero and lifted his claw. "The Winner Is...Aero, the Gliscor!" The crowd roared.

Void Sat in the audience, as a Guardian he had free entry. He saw as the Lucario completely owned the Ursaring. "Hmm, there's something about that Lucario, I wonder..." Void decided to go to the competitors room where everyone went for a medical check after a battle. He then saw Lucario, Void, still in his cloak, walked up to Lucario after the Medics left. "Thorn." He just stated his name, "Look out for the Tidal Bell." A rather loud ring of a bell surrounded the room, then Wishcash announced the next fight. "THE NEXT FIGHT IS... Poxy the Primeape vs. Void the Guard!" the crowd were whispering in confusion. "As a member of the Guards, Void wishes to keep his racial Identity secret!" Void then turned around, "We should do this again sometime." Void then exited out the doors, still in his cloak, no one knew what pokemon laid underneath the cloak. there had been a match before he went in with a Toxicroak and a Gliscor. All you could see is the odd incense around his neck on the outside of the cloak. He stepped out the door to face the Primeape. "Fighting type? I have the advantage here." then the Machamp Declared, "BEGIN!"

Void just stood in his cloak, being careful not to reveal his identity as an Alakazam. "But Primeapes can learn Dark type moves, I have to be careful." Primeape started out with a Brick Break, Void used teleport and appeared behind the Primeape, he used Confusion to pick up Primeape and threw him against the wall, the crowd gave a short-lived "Oooooh!", as that was not only super effective, but he left an indent in the wall. Primeape slowly got up and charged at Void with a revenge attack. Void stepped back and it missed, but Primeape had a focus punch prepared and blasted Void with it, Void went flying across the battle field and right before he hit the ground, he used Teleport to end up falling on top of Primeape instead. Primeape hit the ground and hard. Void got up quickly and used Psycho cut on the ground to make a covering around Primeape, he couldn't see past the dust. He violently tried to punch it away but it didn't work. Primeape became claustrophobic and didn't know what to do. Void then used Almighty push and it blew all of the dust away and smacked Primeape into the ground. "PRIMEAPE IS UNABLE TO BATTLE! VOID WINS!" Void was declared the winner and just left without a medical check up, he was fine. And through the whole battle, he kept his cloak from showing who he was, an Alakazam. "THE NEXT MATCH IS HARPOON THE SHARPEDO VS VANILLA THE TROPIOUS!"

Master Hari is sure tough.... its almost impossible to find a opening, then again I do have the range difference.. Rad then ran up to the Hariyama, the large Pokemon let out a large punch at him. This is my chance! he thought as the small Elekid dodged the fist and then punched the Hariyama straight in the face.

 

"Now..... THUNDERBOLT!"

Taking care not to tread on Blaze and Lago, or demolish any of the benches, he glanced at the screen, then back at the two Pokemon. "If I'm blocking you or something, feel free to climb on my back. Everyone does that anyway..." Suddenly, he heard his name being called, and then just walked straight out again to the stadium.
