na its permanent. Seems kinda OP but it has a 1:3 Chance. If you take the wrong card it is just a normal monster.

Nice card. Though it might be slightly OP'd. Maybe make it increase by 200 or decrease it's Original ATK a little. 9.2/10

Whenever I see people saying that said card is overpowered, when it's not, a blood vessel goes POP in my head. Fr srs.

 

The card isn't overpowered.All it does is increase it's ATK by 300. BIG.FREAKING.WHOOP. The ATK increase isn't sufficient enough to cause any serious problems.

 

The card is fine as it is.

Well, it's the highest ATK generic level 7 synchro in existence, a DARK Dragon, and gives you a peek into the opponent's hand each turn. I wouldn't call it OP'd, but definitely very runnable over AFD as a Debris target.
