Shinwa
1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monsters. Once per turn, you can select 1 card in your opponent's hand. If the selected card is a monster, increase the ATK of this card by 300 and inflict 500 Damage to your opponent's Life Points. Please rate
Smesh
is it increased by 300 ATK until the end of the turn or forever?
Shinwa
na its permanent. Seems kinda OP but it has a 1:3 Chance. If you take the wrong card it is just a normal monster.

CMRenji
Nice card. Though it might be slightly OP'd. Maybe make it increase by 200 or decrease it's Original ATK a little. 9.2/
Sander
Whenever I see people saying that said card is overpowered, when it's not, a blood vessel goes POP in my head. Fr srs. The card isn't overpowered. All it does is increase it's ATK by 300. BIG.FREAKING.WHOOP. The ATK increase isn't sufficient enough to cause any serious problems. The card is fine as it is. -Griffin
Well, it's the highest ATK generic level 7 synchro in existence, a DARK Dragon, and gives you a peek into the opponent's hand each turn. I wouldn't call it OP'd, but definitely very runnable over AFD as a Debris target.
