Nice card! A bit overpowered, I would say. You could change it to somehting like 3 stars or lower because of the common amounts of 4 stars, which could automatically put you in advantage when attacking with a handful of powerful level-4 cards.

Maybe you could also turn it into a Continuous, because the card name isn't fit for a Field-Spell.

8.5/10

I don't think The Reprimand of Clandestine is very good at all. Mystic Swordsman LV2 has the same effect and it's 10 times better. It has some OCG errors on it. It's Defense Position and immediately is misspelled. Also, since it doesn't say, without applying Damage Calculation, I think you would still lose Life Points of the monster's Defense points. It has 0 ATK so you will always lose Life Points and it is pointless for the monster to have 2500 DEF since you would want to attack with it. And since it requires a tribute that makes it even worse. Rating: 2/10

My suggestion is that you should say that you could switch this card to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase, if you did, it would be a whole lot better.

Besiege on the other hand is a very cool card. Tt finally gives support for level 3 and lower monsters that is actually useful. Cards like Mataza the Zapper and Injection Fairy Lily would really benefit from it. It could also make some obscure combos if you have level 4 Water monsters in your hand while A Legendary Ocean is out. Rating: 9/10.

I'll have you know I am Australian, in Australian English, Defense is spelt with a "c", an honest mistake, though. This card was never meant to be special, just an average card with average downsides, I'll add the bit in about Damage Calculation. Thus, one would not lost Life Points this may. I do take on your suggestion about the tribute part; I'll drop this card's DEF all together and make it a 4-star (As now it's effect will be not as weak) will that help it's 2/10? (Is it really that bad?)

Anyway, it's good to see some constructive critasism for once. Thanks for rating on Besiege. 8)

Bhim: Thanks, edited.

Amen to that Azuh. 8)

Ladies and gentlemen, after a short drought of ideas (Besiege is to simple to be considered an actual idea ), I have returned with card number 8, yet another DARK monster with another long effect. Please, please, PLEASE give me some OCG help with the effect as I read it and it pesonally looks all over the place, but otherwise, I personally love the concept of this card:

Creidts for the nice art go to the great Frank Frazetta. 8)

lol...Nice card Frunk but I would recommend that the text say "When this card is Normal Summoned, Set or Special Summoned, pay 500 Life Points. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can activate Trap cards from your hand. Your opponent can use this effect as long as he/she pays 500 Life Points per card."

Otherwise, you make great cards! I like the style! 9.5/10

"As long as this card remains face-up of your side of the field, at the cost of 500 Life Points, you may activate Trap Cards directly from your hand. If there are no other monsters on your side of the field, this card may attack twice in the same turn. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase, you may remove 1 card in your Graveyard from play and increase your Life Points by 100."

This is how I think it should go:

As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, you may pay 500 Life Points to activate Trap cards directly from your hand. If there are no other monster on your side of the field, this card may attack twice during the same Battle Phase. During your Standby Phase, you can remove 1 card in your Graveyard from play to increase your Life Points by 100.

Ok, well, it's a very cool card man. I like it.

Remember, i'm not exactly 100% on the grammar =/ It has alot of diff effects to it. Well, hope it's good.

Oh, forgot to rate, 9/10 ^_^
