The Pokemon are ordered in National Pokédex order. For sake of making Attack and trainer spell and trap cards, I have made Pokemon a sub-type.

 

To stick with the Evolution plot of Pokemon I made it so the only way you can Summon out a pokemon's final evolution is by Releasing the that pokemon's previous form unless you're using a spell or trap card (i.e. The only way to get out Charged Charizard is by Releasing Fierce Charmeleon or by using a Spell or Trap Card that lets you summon it ignoring the conditions.)

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Plant-Type monster from your hand. This card can attack your opponent directly. When this card inflicts Battle Damage, Special Summon 1 "Seed Token" (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 2/ATK 100/DEF 100) to your opponent's side of the field in Defense Position. When a Defense Position "Seed Token" is destroyed by battle, inflict Piercing Damage.

Floral Ivysaur

You can Special Summon this card from your Deck by Releasing 1 face-up "Sunbathed Bulbasaur" you control. This card gains 300 ATK for each "Seed Token" (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 2/ATK 100/DEF 100) your opponent controls. When this card inflicts Battle Damage while your opponent controls a Plant-Type monster, this card can attack again.

Mega Venusaur

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Releasing 1 face-up "Floral Ivysaur" you control. This card gains 300 ATK for each Plant-Type monster on the field. If your opponent controls a Plant-Type monster, you can discard a Plant-Type monster from your hand to destroy 1 face-up non-Plant-Type monster on the field. When this card destroys a Plant-Type monster, you can return 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard to your Deck.

Bonfire Charmander

When this card is Normal Summoned, your opponent takes 500 damage. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Pyro-Type monster in your Graveyard to inflict your opponent with damage equal to the removed monster's Level x100. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can return 1 removed from play Pyro-Type monster to your Graveyard.

ATK: 1250 DEF: 800

 

Fierce Charmeleon

You can Special Summon this card from your Deck by Releasing 1 face-up "Bonfire Charmander" you control. When this card is Summoned, your opponent takes 800 damage. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 FIRE monster in your Graveyard to inflict your opponent with damage equal to the removed monster's Level x200. By removing 1 Pyro-Type monster in your hand from play, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.

Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 FIRE monster from either player's Graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the removed monster's ATK. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can discard 2 cards to add this card to your hand.

Autumn Squirtle

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Aqua-Type monster from your Graveyard. If you control a Field Spell Card, if that card would increase this card's ATK, you can Release 1 face-up Aqua-Type monster to double this card's ATK instead.

Whirlpool Wartortle

You can Special Summon this card from your Deck by Releasing 1 face-up "Autumn Squirtle" you control. While this card is face-up on the field, if this card's ATK would be increased by a card effect, you can Release 1 Aqua-Type monster you control to double this card's ATK instead. If this card's ATK is 3000 or higher, this card is destroyed. During each of your Main Phase 1, if you control another "Whirlpool Wartortle" you can draw 1 card.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Releasing 1 face-up "Whirlpool Wartortle" you control. When this card's ATK would be increased by a card effect, double the amount gained. During your End Phase, if this is the only Aqua-Type monster you control, draw 1 card. If the card drawn is a WATER monster, you can reveal it to draw again.

Curious Caterpie

When this card is Special Summoned, draw 2 cards. When this card is removed from the field, discard 2 Insect-Type monsters from your hand. If you cannot, remove all cards in your hand from play. When this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Insect-Type monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

ATK: 100 DEF: 0

 

Melancholy Metapod

EARTH / INSECT / POKEMON

While this card is face-up on the field in Defense Position, Insect-Type monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster for the Synchro Summon of an Insect-Type monster, you can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Insect-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard.

When this card is Special Summoned, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls. The selected monster is switched to Defense Position and it's Battle Position cannot be changed. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Curious Caterpie" from your Graveyard.

During each of your opponent's End Phases, your opponent takes 600 damage for each monster they control with a Poison Counter.

Activate this card when your opponent destroys a monster you control. Special Summon 1 "Sunbathed Bulbasaur" from your Graveyard. Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls that destroyed a monster you control.
