Nukyasu Posted January 5, 2008 Report Share Posted January 5, 2008 1.open paint and change the dimensions to 100X1002.find a picture you want.3.copy and paste it into paint.4.manouver it until you get the right part5.copy and go into photoshop6.make a new image with dimensions 100X1007.click on windom>animation8.Paste the picture into photoshop9.make a new frame and layer10.repeat steps 1-5 as you can see, all frames in the animation window are the same. we can change this by clicking the first frame, unchecking the top layer, go to the last frame and check the top layer. 11.find tween and click on it. make it 5 layers on all layers. 12.change the tweening speed to 0.1 seconds and the solid frames to 5 seconds13.click on file>save fr web and devices14.mess around with the settings in that then press save.15. save as a GIF and save into my pictures.16.
