Discard 1 "Crystal Beast" monster or "Rainbow Dragon". Select 2 "Crystal Beast" monsters from your Deck or Graveyard whose total Levels are equal to the Level of the discarded monster and place them face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Cards. You can remove from play this card from your Graveyard and send 1 "Crystal Beast" card from your Spell & Trap Card Zone to the Graveyard to draw 1 card.

Dark Impact

Great picture (Well, duh) and only 1 OCG Error. In the last sentence, "was" sounds better then "were". So maybe change that. The card seems a bit OP'd IMO. Since some/most DARK decks need to dump DARK monsters in the grave -cough- DAD -cough-. So maybe instead the DARK monster gets RFP to draw an additional card? It gives it that Allure feeling to it. Great for card destruction as well. You should add a drawback to that last effect to make it balanced. Like your opponents draws 1 card for each card they controlled that was destroyed? Looks like it would be Semi-Limited or Limited. Not banned though. Overall, lovely card. 9.5/10

 

I won't rate the other cards since I hardly know anything about the Crystal Beast or Destiny Hero archetypes. But I got to say, Dark Impact is a lovely lovely card. All it needs is a drawback and it's good to go.

Well, there is a real card, Veil of Darkness. It's effect is the same as Impact's first effect, excluding counters

Ah I see. Well I guess that the DARK monster gets RFP instead of the Grave is optional then.
