Reputation abuse is giving members absurd amounts of reputation points (Positive or Negative) for stupid reasons, as well as giving rediculous, insulting, harassing, inappropriate, and/or any other kind of reps that are not considered legitmate (When nessasary, moderator's will define this at their discretion), this also includes reps that include profanity, censorsed or not.

 

It's not specifically stated, but it's a mod's discretion.

I think its stupid giving neg reps at all if you got a problem with someone or they are breaking the rules tell them via PM.

 

Also why do people give others about 3 neg reps for spamming? when what they are doing is rep spamming themselves? It just shows whoever gives negs are cowards who can't confront the member.

I gave a neg rep to this person, but I DID talk to him. After that we became friends. So I am NOT a coward...
