If this card is Normal Summoned by tributing "Solar Flare Dragon" it gains the following effects, This card can not be destroyed by a FIRE attribute monster, Inflict 700 damage to your opponent during the End Phase of your turn.

 

 

 

This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set this card can only be Special Summoned by removing one "Solar Sky Dragon" from the field. This card can not be destroyed by a FIRE attribute monster,Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent during the End Phase of your turn and increase this card ATK by 100.

Pretty amazing, but you should have given them the rest of Solar Flare Dragon's effect as well.
