Haven't made a card in a while......Toon La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp.

This card cannot be summoned unless "Toon World" is on the field. When "Toon World" is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, all Toon monsters become Spellcaster-Type and do not have to pay Life Points when they attack.

If you don't give image credit, the people you got the image from won't let you use their images and they will probably Neg Rep you. Sorry, but it's not really a choice.
