To everyone of course. ;D[/quote'] Yeah, i think its because most members are tired of giving it to the same people, so instead they give it to the new generation of members, out of all the votes i've seen, there were only about 3 votes given to the so called "Legends" of YCM. ehh you're a cool member and all, but you've had you're chance at fame and what not, now some one else deserves a chance.
