Anyway I say let him die. He may have killed cops even though that's good sometimes but eh. Murder shouldn't be stopped by jail. I say do unto others as others do unto you

He killed one cop in the end. He was convinced they were taking everything away from him. His ex claimed to have been dating a cop (only said that because she was scared) and he'd already lost his child (or was it children), so he was a man with nothing to lose.
