How come some users have their warning level hidden when they post because mine isn't so how would i do this?

You don't need to see other members' warning level anyway.

Example.

 

Only mods need to see your warning, other than yourself.

To view your warnings, Troy, go to your User Cp. You can only see them nice you have received one.

I've never had more than one warning at a time, but yes, technically it would be a ban.

Only you can see your own warning, even I. I can only see my own warning, everyone else' are hidden

Only you can see your warning level. SO you can't see mine or anyone else's.
