chedbonlahor
Not much to say about this one, just tell me what you think: As long as this card remains face up on the field, all Spell Cards on either player's side of the field, or in either player's hand or deck are treated as Trap Cards and can be used as Trap Cards. Whenever a Trap Card is activated, the owner of the Trap Card must pay 200 Life Points.

chedbonlahor
Love the cardInteresting effect' date=' reminds me of Anti-Spell Fragrance. Not sure how the picture relates to the actual card though8.9/10[/quote'] I WILL TRY TO EXPLAIN THE PICTURE BUT IT IS VERY COMPLICATED!!!!:In simple terms I wanted a mutative-trap like picture to show change, however the inspiration for this card came from one of my favourite poems called the "The Love song of J alfred Prufrock" where the line "insidious intent" is in fact used. However my final piece of inspiration for the picture came in another one of the lines of the poem where he says "Like a patient etherised upon a table;" As you can see the picure matches this description. I hope that that has cleard things up a bit :)

ss2phil
Insidious intent would be an awesome card for 5d's turbo duels since you can't use non-speed spell cards Great idea 9/

Grifith
This is very nice Ched. I like how you used the picture to inspiration from a poem, and the effect is unique as since the whole thing is also. I'm going to penetrate the score limit for this one 11/10! Im glad you like it :)
~Duo~
A less restricting "Royal Decree"! :) Good card. The name is good' date=' the effect is good and the pic is good. 9.2/10[/quote']
chedbonlahor
A less restricting "Royal Decree"! :) Its actually not. This is the Lore for royal decree: As long as this card remains face-up on the field' date=' negate the effects of all Trap Cards on the field except for this card. My card converts all magic to trap cards and makes you pay a cost off 200 for every trap card. I think you misread my card, but thanks for the input, read it closely and you will see that my card promotes traps and royal decree restricts them. Good card. The name is good, the effect is good and the pic is good. 9.2/

chedbonlahor
Bad Ocg Don't find this all that useful... 4/10 Please explain where the bad OCG is, and how can you not find a cart that converts magic into traps useful??? Someone's having a bad day :D!!!!
Canadian
Bad Ocg Don't find this all that useful... 4/10 *Smashes head off desk after reading this* Anyways, the potential for Spells to be Traps makes this card so OP'ed. There are litterally so many spells that are usable and very abusable because of something like this. I still love it. 9/10 (:

But mabee it is too overpowered, thanks for the advice though, Oh and what was that guy talking about before haha lol
