Card is made in the honor of my Lord, Abxul (Lust).

Lore:

1 Thunder-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, place 2 Chaos Conductor Counters on 2 cards on the field. If this card battles with a monster with a Chaos Conductor Counter on it, destroy it with this card's effect. If a Spell or Trap Card is activated with a Chaos Conductor Counter on it, you can discard 1 card to negate that card's activation and destroy it. Once per turn, you can send 1 Thunder-Type monster on your field to the Graveyard to place 1 Chaos Conductor Counter on a card on the field.

I was expecting more ATK though, but it doesn't need that. So any monster that battles it with those long named counters is destoyed. Mm'kay.

 

If a S/T is activated with one on it, it will be negated, but only if you discard. And then you can send a Thunder-Type to the Grave to get another counter, once per turn. Fair.

 

Of course, Effects of Effect Monsters can still working, and it can still be destroyed by Spells, since I doubt they would place them face-down.

 

Still vulnerable, but has uses. The only thing I have to say is that the only Thunder Tuners, are Elecs. And they are NOT Dark at all.

EDIT: Monkey, you've made it unplayable. There are no Lightning-Type monsters. So it can't be played. :/

I like the way the card uses it's Counters. Right off the bat when it's Synchro'd, BOOM 2 Counters on anywhere on the field. This is great because depending on how the duel is going, you know where and when to use your 2 Counters. If you can't run over a certain monster or 2, place a Counter on that. If you think some of your opponent's Set Spells and Traps seem suspicious, place a Counter on that as well. I simple way on how to regenerate these Counters is by tributing a Thunder-Type monster. A pretty useful card. But like said before, make it more splashable in the Extra Deck, by putting "1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Thunder-Type monsters". 9.9/10
