[align=center]Well like the title says, this is a small archtype of 4 Dragons that well, mill.

They are pretty versile becouse you can use them in both Dragon Decks or Mill Deck, and people can probebly see a lot more potential in them.

They are all LIGHT Dragons, so they might also fit in LIGHT Decks.

But enough from me, have a look yourselfs.

Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, it is not. During each of your Standby Phases, increase this card's Level by 1 (Max. 4). During your Standby Phases, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster with the same Level as this card from your Deck.

If this card is Special Summoned by a "Arcupian Libata", this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Each time this card attacks your opponent directly, send the top card of thier Deck to the Graveyard. During each of your Standby Phases, increase this card's Level by 1 (Max. 6). During your Standby Phases, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster with the same Level as this card from your Deck

If this card is Special Summoned by a "Arcupian Percurius", this card can attack up to 2 times during each of your Battle Phases.. Each time this card inflicts damage to your opponent, send the top 2 cards of thier Deck to the Graveyard. During each of your Standby Phases, increase this card's Level by 1 (Max. 9). During your Standby Phases, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster with the same Level as this card from your Deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of a "Arcupian Chemota". This card inflicts Piercing Damage. Each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, send the top 3 cards of thier Deck to the Graveyard. Negate the effects of Spells, Traps and Effect Monsters that target a card(s) in your opponent's Graveyard. Cards in either player's Graveyard cannot be removed from play. Your opponent cannot activate any card effect in thier Graveyard.

All cards are made on MSE.

I have one thing to mention before this: "Delta Fly". That makes them very easy to summon.

[spoiler=Libata]

I think they would all be better as Winged Beast-Types, since all but the second one resemble them more than dragons. If you keep them as dragons, remove the double-typing since it doesn't fit well with the set unless they are all treated as both Dragons and Winged Beasts.

[spoiler=Percurius]

Should be changed to attacking directly if your opponent only controls Defense Position monsters. It's too easy to summon through the former's effect, due to the first one's destruction-prevention effect.

[spoiler=Chemota]

Needs to be reduced to two attacks during the Battle Phase or have that part scrapped. A "United We Stand" would make this a perfect wall-clearer (or "Fairy Meteor Crush"), allowing your other monsters a clear strike, all the while carving your opponent's Deck to nothing.

And the way it's worded (which I'm not sure if it's a mistake or not) means that whenever it inflicts damage it mills a pair of cards. Either remove the multiple attacking part or modify the effect to trade battle damage for milling.

[spoiler=Magila]

Overpowered. To this, you could compare "Horus LV8". While it has an incredibly powerful effect, it doesn't have any other effects, while this has a built in "Necrovalley", giving a complete lockdown. Think "Horus LV8" with an effect that destroys your opponent's Traps. It is too much power.

As for the piercing effect, compare the "Parshaths". "Airknight Parshath" is incredibly weak for a Level 5, while this has fair stats and enough ATK for its Level. "Neo-Parshath" too is very weak, having stats lower than "Red-Eyes B. Dragon", a card notorious for its lack of strength. In addition, "Neo-Parshath", without "Sanctuary" provides no extra benefitial effect over its counterpart, just a higher ATK at more cost.

IMO, four cards whenever this card attacks is simply too much. Three could be acceptable with a drop in stats comparable to the other forms, but two would be more balanced considering the lockdown effect.

I feel that these could be summoned more easily than you might think and do too much damage to your opponent's Deck to justify.

7/10

@Max: @Libata: Your kinda right with that, but I'm keeping them as dragons becouse I want this to be a tribute to the less more forgotten feathered dragons.

@Percurius: I'm still of oppinion that it's way harder to keep it on the field that you're saying. It has low stats equal to a lvl 3 mon and Libata can easely be destroyed by a "Marauding Captain" or something like that.

@Chemota: Yeah, I might have overdone it with 3 attacks. I shall rreduce it to 2, but the milling power stays and yes it mean eah time it inflicts damage.

@Magila: Yes he might be OP in the mill department and I shall lower that. But it's Peircing power is to stop people from hiding behind cards like "Marshmellon" So I'll keep that. But I shall lower it's attack somewhat.

Anyways thanks for commenting.
