Perhaps just say that once per turn, you may equip another monster to this card, and take out all of the stuff about attacking your own monsters.Just out of curiosity, is Kimera Dragon supposed to be Chimera Dragon?Southern Tide Dragon seems slightly overpowered. He has 2400 ATK and DEF, and dealing damage through defense monsters while destroying spells and traps?Eastern Ember Dragon also appears overpowered to me. 2600 ATK and dealing damage through defense monsters with one sacrifice is too much. Perhaps a cost for attacking would help.Gust of Dragon is unfair. It should have a medium-sized cost, like tributing a monster or discarding 2 cards from your hand.I have the same problem with Tidal Storm as with Gust of Dragon.I don't understand the purpose of Parental Instinct, unless you plan on adding non-Dragon support monsters. Over time, I will be commenting on some of your cards and some suggestions for your effects. In this post, I want to comment on your Arch Armor Dragon. You have a monster that can reduce the attack and defense of the monster that battles with it to zero. That is a nice effect, along with the first effect of it not being destroyed by battle. The second effect this card has is a contradiction to the other two effects. If it can't destroy other monsters, then it's useless in battle. Recommendation: remove the second effect.
