TotalObelisk Posted May 14, 2007 Report Share Posted May 14, 2007 I wouldn't reccommend getting boosters for a start, they have several different sets in them and it's not likely that you'll get all the ones you want. I'd suggest getting a structure deck until you can get enough cards to build your own unuique strategy. The Slime Lord Posted May 15, 2007 Report Share Posted May 15, 2007 I'd recommend any of the Structure Decks that says beginner on it. Unless you already know how to play. Just like TO said, when I started I had to rely on boosters to get what I want (you rarely get what you want in them) or use the Yugi and Kaiba Starter Decks. Both of which weren't very good. darkguy00000 Posted May 15, 2007 Report Share Posted May 15, 2007 I sense a type-war coming... Funny story happened to me once. I pulled packs to try to finish a deck I had half-made. I was searching for one card, it was a Rare but I can't for the life of me remember it. I ended up pulling a fair few and not getting it. I sifted through the other cards I got, and made a new deck.
