Must be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Sakura Kinomoto" you control. When this card is Summoned: Place 1 Star Counter on this card (max. 5). Once per turn: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; halve its ATK and DEF. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the reduced ATK of the targeted mosnter. If this card has 5 or more Star Counters: Remove them all and inflict 300 damage to your opponent's Life Points for each Star Counter that was placed on this card. And it can only get 1 counter when it's summoned, so I think you need to make an effect where it gets a counter each turn or something.
