Lore:

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by tributing 5 DARK you control. When summoned sucsessfully, randomly select up to 3 facedown Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls and remove them from play. Decrease the ATK of this card by 500 for each LIGHT monster on the field.

Although, technically, this would have utterly no play due to its absurd summoning conditions, I like it. It's balanced and it's based on a cat, what's more to like? Good effort though.

When this card is Summoned sucsessfully, Select 3 random face-down Spell or Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field. Decrease the ATK of this card by 500 for each LIGHT monster on the field.

 

The level, ATK and DEF seem to be abit OTT and the pic is blury and not really that good. 6/10

EDIT: almost forgot to rate: This card has too much ATK and DEF even with those extreme summoning conditions and its effect only stiuattionally balances it, OCG is so-so... good pic though 5/10
