ttt3142 Posted July 21, 2010 Report Share Posted July 21, 2010 I was bored.[spoiler=Lore]You can only activate this card when 2 or more monsters with 1500 or more ATK are Special Summoned at the same time and you have no Trap Cards in your Graveyard. Halve the original ATK of all monsters your opponent controls, destroy all monsters on the field, then remove from play all of your opponent's monsters sent to the Graveyard by the effect of this card. Useless Decoy is a card to waste your opponent's trap destroying cards.
