Who would you die for?

Depending on the situation. I would only ever put myself at risk for a close family member that is younger than me. And even then, if the risk was death then I probably wouldn't do it.

I'm too selfish and not confident enough. Though come the opportunity, I will always try and be a hero.

I wouldn't. I'm selfish. It's my life' date=' they shouldn't 'ef it up.

My post, although never say in public you are selfish. Because you get a bunch of hate from people who are actually caring and that crap.

WHY DON'T YOU CARE ABOUT ANYONE YOU JERK. GOD PUT US ON THIS EARTH SO WE COULD BE CARING AND LOVING TO ONE ANOTHER. RAAAAEEEEG.

To be honest, I really don't give a sheet about other people anymore.

I put any of my family or close friends before me. If anyone tries to hurt any of them I try my hardest to mess up their face ^_^

One situation; my friend was being bullied outside the school gate. I told them to f*** off and he pulled a knife and tried to stab me. He didn't, but he got damn close.

I wish the title was "What would you die for". :P

I will never' date=' ever die for someone. They're going to die anyways, so why throw away my life?

[/quote']

Because it would haunt your life. If you let someone die, the guilt would haunt you in letting him/her die forever, and you would be insulted and scolded if it was up to you, and you would eventually go into depression and then into suicide. Even if you don't feel guilt, people would see to you as selfish and unkind. Perhaps it could be a family member or a best friend that will really haunt you.

I am not emotionally swayed by anything, and I sure as hell am not overcome by guilt. Everybody dies. It does not matter how, when or where. Death is an inevitable event and cannot be stopped (unless we find a way to become immortal, but that would be stupid). Why end your life knowing the person you're 'saving' is going to die anyways? Your death would be in vain. Besides, the human race is worthless in it's entirety. At least, imo. Call me heartless, unkind, selfish, etc. I don't really care. :/

If you're sure, that you have no meaning of being kind, you're saying you care for nobody at all. And it still means you would wait for your death since saying you will eventually die. Good luck being emo then...

I am not emo, nor will I ever affiliate myself with them. There is a difference between not caring about people and being emo. My viewpoint is that death is a normal part of life, and people shouldn't depress themselves over something they know is going to happen. And I do acknowledge the fact I will die. Unlike other people however, I don't worry myself about it. When it happens, it happens. Fearing death will just make it much worse. Besides, assuming the afterlife exists, there is always that despite my obvious damning to Hell.

Well good luck with that then. Sometimes it means that you are afraid of dying.

Death cannot be avoided, that much is certain (even the Immortal Jellyfish arent totally immortal). However, you can halt its progress.

You make me Laugh, Eur/VK-Duelist/Dark/whoever else. Do you know what your problem is? You aren't in your 50's and you claim all these things. Guess what? To not care and avoid is a human impossibility. So yes, at the moment you wouldn't but I can bet damn sure in the future you can and WILL find someone/something worth dying for.
