You can discard this card to add 1 "The Mist Valley" from your Deck to your hand.

Mist Valley Diver | *3 | WIND

[Winged Beast/Effect]

If this card is returned from your side of the field to your hand, draw 1 card.

ATK/1200 DEF/800

 

Mist Valley Recruiter | *4 | WIND

[Thunder/Effect]

Once per turn, you can return 1 card you control to your hand to Special Summon 1 "Mist Valley" monster from your hand. Destroy that monster during the End Phase.

ATK/1600 DEF/400

 

The Mist Valley

[Field Spell Card]

All "Mist Valley" monsters gain 500 ATK. Once per turn, you can return 1 card your opponent controls and 1 card you control to their owners' hands, except this card. If you do, all "Mist Valley" monsters you control gain 300 ATK, until the End Phase. When "Mist Valley" destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower "Mist Valley" monster from your Deck to your hand.

 

Swallow Mist

[Continuous Spell Card]

During your Draw Phase, you can return 1 face-up card you control to your hand to draw 1 more card. You can activate this effect up to 3 times per turn.

 

Mist's Banishment

[Normal Trap Card]

During this turn, any cards that would be returned from the field to the owner's hand is sent to the Graveyard instead.

I'm not sure if the field is too powerful... I think it might be, considering you can just return s/ts, making their monster summonings vastly useless. I'm assuming you rule it so it can't return itself.

 

Swallow Mist feels probably too powerful. With that self-summoning Mist Valley, it suddenly becomes a +3 per turn if defended. That's just silly. Also haxxy in Uria.dek - but that just makes it cool.

 

Recruiter looks alright, but again returning s/ts makes it pretty much costless. With it being a non-tuner non-stick, I don't see that as a problem though, so I'd leave it.

 

Banishment and Diver are both awesome and make Mist Valley happy - especially Diver, which improves a lot of their cards. However, I think it misses timing too much... that might be important for balance, but I'd at least want to test it as mandatory before anything else.

 

Overall, pretty nice, but could do with being tidied up a little.

It can be a +3 with a lot of things, not to mention returning dead CotHs or Oppressions that you don't want to get in the way of your own turn. I'd make it so you return all cards you want to return at the same time - so you can't reuse Thunderbirds - and only return monsters.
