~Duo~
I have played Rockman (Megaman) for quite a while, and inspired by Speed World, I decided to try out a new concept; Cybernetic Realm. Keep in mind the pictures will be bad, because the original pictures are only about 1 square inch. [spoiler=Concept Explanation]A card called "Cybernetic Realm" is placed on the Field Spell area and new Field Spells can still be placed over them. The same way as Speed World, "Cybernetic Realm" gains 1 "Custom Counter" every Standby Phase. You also get a new deck, called a "Library". On your first turn, you can't draw from your "Library", which has Battle-Spells that require Custom Counters. Battle-Spells cannot be used unless you control a certain "Navi" monster, which is basically an Effect Monster that can't be Summoned unless "Cybernetic Realm" is on the field and you must remove Custom Counters equal to their Level. You also gain a new hand, which is separate from your original hand, which is called a "Custom Hand". If you go first, you start with nothing in your Custom Hand. The person who goes second, however, draws 1 card from their Library and is sent to your Custom Hand. There is no limit to how many Battle-Spells you can use per turn, similar to Speed World, as long as you have enough Custom Counters and the right requirements are fulfilled. I'd like to say that most of these really use adjacent Card Zones. [spoiler=Cybernetic Realm][spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be removed from the field. While this card is face-up on the field, you can control 2 Field Spell Cards at once. During your Draw Phase, draw 1 card from your Library. During each player's Standby Phase, place 1 Custom Counter on this card. You can remove any number of Custom Counters on this card to activate 1 of the following effects:● 1: Increase the Level of a monster you control by 1.● 2: Inflict 100 damage to your opponent for every "Battle-Spell" Spell Card in your hand. ● 3: Inflict 200 damage to your opponent for every "Battle-Spell" Spell Card in your hand. ● 4: Inflict 400 damage to your opponent for every "Battle-Spell" Spell Card in your hand.● 5: Increase the DEF of a monster you control by 300. ● 6: Increase the ATK of a monster you control by 500.● 7: Draw 1 card from your Library.● 8: Discard 1 Spell Card from your hand and add 1 "Battle-Spell" Spell Card from your Library to your Custom Hand.● 9: Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" (Machine-Type / Tuner / LIGHT / Level 1 / ATK 0 / DEF 0). Increase its Level by 1 for every "Battle-Spell" Spell Card in your hand. ● 10: Draw 2 cards from your Library.● 11: Inflict 600 damage to your opponent for every "Battle-Spell" Spell Card in your hand.● 12: Select up to 2 "Battle-Spell" Spell Cards in your Custom Hand. You can activate them without removing Custom Counters from this card.● 13: Negate the activation of a card effect and destroy it. This effect can be activated on either player's turn.● 14: Increase the amount of Custom Counters placed on this card during either player's Standby Phase by 1. ● 15: Destroy up to 3 Spell and Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field. ● 16: Special Summon 1 Navi monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. [spoiler=First Navi (English players out there, you may know him as a fish, Bass)][spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned by removing 8 Custom Counters from a "Cybernetic Realm" you control. You can only control 3 Navi Monsters at a time. When this card destroys a monster in battle, place 2 Custom Counters on a "Cybernetic Realm" you control. When a "Battle-Spell" Card is activated, increase the ATK of this card by 300. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 card on the field and inflict 300 damage to its owner. When this card is Summoned, add 1 "Battle-Spell" from your Library to your Custom Hand. FaneCense
These cards are very creative, as they actually take into consideration the positioning of cards. I also like the Megaman references you used in making them. Keep up the work.

John A. Zoidberg
blurry and bad pics7/10no further comment. Don't take off 3 points just for pictures. Especially if the creator of the cards specified in the thread that the pictures were going to be bad/blurry. As for my rating, I REALLY like the concept behind this. Despite SOME of the pictures not being the best, I give you a 9/
