How do i rep someone now?

Well I know the repuations thing is on your profile, but I can't find anyway to rep.

 

Maybe the feature was removed and replaced with a member rating system.

From what I've heard, to the right of a post, above MultiQuote, there is a + and a - . Someone said those were how you get reps.

Do they affect current Reputation or are they a completely new form?

Yeah saw that, it's just the number in the bottom corner would show how many reps gained SINCE the update?

 

That's bad for the longer lasting users.

the number is still added to your total rep. but because you're tecnically repping the post, the number only shows how many people repped that single post. (you can only rep a post once)
