This card can only be Special Summmoned by removing from play 2 LIGHT and 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard. During each of your Main Phase, if you control 2 or more "Mad" or "Puppet" monsters, you can Tribute 1 Mad Puppet-Type monster you control to destroy all face-down cards your opponent controls, this card cannot attack in the same turn this effect is activated.
