Seriouslly, this card is not made correctly. I can tell your new so I'll take it step by step.

 

Name: You got this one right. That man's name is Mario.

Card Type: monster, gooood, sub type: currently no effect, so it is normal. good job.

Attribute: Fire, good for fire monster.

Level: 1 is too low for a 1200 ATK monster.

Picture: at least that's Mario. I prefer for Mario to not be Fire Mario, but new age fans seem to only care about Fire Mario.

Circulation: not needed

Set ID: not needed, but good for organizing your cards... The first block holds the set's abbreviation. It holds 5 letters. For example, My Pokemon set is PKMN, buy your Mario set could be MARIO, SMB, or NTD or something. The second block is the cards number.

Type: Its okay to have subtypes, but at least give it a type. "Gyro" is a food. Perhaps your were trying Pyro?
