The effect is too overpowered. 500 life points is a very small cost to simply inflict 8400 damage to someone. I suggest you either use a different effect, decrease its ATK to 700 or a point around that, or make a major drawback.

how is it OP'd? its a lvl 8... thats 3 sacrifices now i admit 2800 is pretty high, drop its ATK down to 1500 or lower and lower the level, and like Starly said, give it a draw back, like "after attacking three times, it's unable to attack the next turn" something like that

Well yes. It should have a backup effect than attacking 3 times. At least lower its attack or add another effect.

instead of you paying 500 life points, its atk decreases by 800.

Overpowered effect, you pay 500 Life Points and your monster can attack three times per turn? Instanly kill, perhaps! Also, the picture is good, but not the kind of YGO.
