I got it streight from Celfon, so its probebly alright.

I would switch its effect around making the Mill belonging to DEF and the search to the ATK.

I realy cant see why the first effect dosent let you attack,or why any one would use it,maybe change it so that you send the cards from the top of your opponents deck,then it would make sence why you cant attack,over all 7/10.

Why? Because now, many decks benefit from milling. And costless milling without drawback is OP'ed

yh but morphtronic deck doesnt benifit from milling (trust me i have it) and thats where this card is going to be used the most.

Morphs benefit from milling. Junk Box, Remoten. And you don't have to play it in Morphs. You can use it, for example, in Machina Gadgets, to mill targets for Scrap Recycler or dump Fortress

I really like it since I have a morphtronic deck. Thogh the only way id change it is to make it lvl 3, cuz most are. Awesome Pic, Effect suits morphtronics, Overall 9.5/10.

But your forgeting one massive disadvantage about milling in a morphronic deck and thats powertool dragon and another disadvantage would be gadget hauler.And i think you should make it a level 2.

I like it, The effect is good in defence mode but horrible in attack mode (In most cases) The picture is awsome although i cant help but think of a bakugan (Or whatever its called) when i see it :P You made a really nice card here man 9/10

good image no real issues with Text but not a Morph support card.. i wouldn't run this over Celphon

Make it Level 1 and remove the restrictions for the Attack Position effect. It's slightly underpowered at the moment. Morphtronics can gain advantages and disadvantages from excessive milling so it's best to not nerf it too much.
