Phoenix Lord's effect

 

1 Sparkfire Bird + 1 or more non-Tuner FIRE attribute monsters

Once per turn, you can discard one FIRE monster from your hand to the Graveyard to send one card on the opponent's side of the field to the Graveyard. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon it in face-up Attack position during your next Standby Phase. If it's summoned by this effect, then it's ATK is reduced by half and it cannot change it's Battle Position, until after the End Phase of your opponent's next turn.
