~Jay~
[spoiler=Lore]If you control a face-up "Blackwing" monster you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can select 1 other face-up "Blackwing" monster you control. That monster can attack twice during the Battle Phase of this turn. If you do this, this card cannot attack. Monkey
This + Fane + Sirocco = GG It's a pretty good card but it's nothing original or special. Not too much creativity in the effect. Not that great overall
Anbu-of-Sand
First effect works with most simple combos for Blackwings. Normal ____, get out ____, then ____, now this. So by then you'll have 4 Blackwings on your field if you play your cards right. Basic effect is great for a better chance of getting an OTK from your synchro monsters, or your monsters that are beefed up by the effect of Sirocco. Last effect makes a drawback, but isn't enough of a drawback IMO. Mainly because if you get the right monsters on the field, this card won't even need to attack for you to get an OTK out of it's effect. I can and at the same time cannot see this being run in most Blackwing decks. It needs a bigger effect that can really help out the Blackwings, not just an effect that lets a Blackwing you control attack twice. Overall, 8.2/
~Jay~
Hmm, you think I should add a bigger drawback then? Perhaps maybe tributing him and 1 other "Blackwing" monster or something?
Anbu-of-Sand
Maybe just tributing it as a bigger drawback, IMO, having to tribute it + another blackwing can make it UP'd, because that means you would need 3 monsters to use it's effect. touzaikokon
Like many Blackwings, overpowered. There needs to be a drawback to the self-Summoning effect. Giving Blackwings the ability to double-attack is insanity. Psychics have to pay 800 LP to do it, and they don't have Sirocco.
:ABC:
if it tributes itself it will probably be balanced, 8/10, but would be on limited list for sure
Limited Edition KING
Have Bora, Shura, Sirroco, Kiren & Fane on the field. Activate Kirens effect to tribute itself and Target Fane. Then you could Special summon say Gale then Synchro with Bora for Armor Master. Field now is Shura, Armor Master, Sirroco & Fane. If possible you could Normal Summon Blizzard its effect won't activate but still enough for the win. Or you could Special Summon another Bora. Or after activating Sirroco's effect on Fane you could discard a Kalut. So even with a Tribute effect it is still possible for a Kill if the monsters are out even if Kiren's effect to tribute itself it could lead many opportunities. I'd say just take out it's Special Summon effect and maybe add in the tribute effect tributing itself.
