You do realize, because of meteoric impact, that if Juubi breaks out, even IF it NEVER attacks us, we all die? Pieces of moon raining down on us=bad for health Plus the sheer fuckup in gravity and such will cause all manners of s***. Ulq just had a super mode, this is basically BOOM! game over, Earth loses. The gravity will temporarily become unbalanced, but only because of the tides and large debris (I'm thinking giant meteor size). Sceptwhatever was hinted throughout the story and when it is revealed it simply rips through the final boss like it was paper, and you've been fighting this boss for well over 700 pages. Oh and Jack Noir, almost everything with Jack is Oh s***, especially because he now is pretty much god.
