Engetsu Posted August 5, 2010 Report Share Posted August 5, 2010 Way too overpowered. Obviously that card's effect would be completely unfair to those running an EARTH deck. Change the effect to something fair, like maybe this for an example. "This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing a WATER monster. If this card attacks a face-up EARTH monster that has an ATK equal or less than this card's ATK, destroy it without applying damage calculation." ^^^ Remember that this is just an example.
