That means that if a card is treated as a Normal Monster, then it doesn't have an effect. Also these cards are dangerously similar to these cards, which were posted nearly 24 hours before yours were. And i know they're similiar to Arm's ones, but there were situations like this fewe times. I have an idea, almost posted it, and Arm posts something that's essentially the same Link to comment
