Once per turn, if your opponet has more monster than you, Special Summon 1 WATER monser monster from your graveyard. For evry monster on your side of the field this card losses 100 ATK.

 

 

Hope its not OP'ed and effect is good and interesting.

the only problem i see is, after your Synchro Material Monsters, make sure you press ENTER just like on a real synchro or fusion monster

When this card is Summoned, send all cards in your hand to the graveyard. For every card on your opponent's side of the field, this card gains 200 ATK. Once per turn, if your opponent has more monsters than you, Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your graveyard. For every monster on your side of the field other than this card, decrease tihs card's ATK by 100.
