Here is a great Paint.NET Banner Tutorial

 

BACKGROUND

Step 0. Open a new image with dimensions 450X150

 

Step 1. Texture>Colormodula. Make Red and Green Empty and Blue Full to get black and blue lines.

 

Step 2. Motion Blur Angle 25.0 and Amount 73

 

Step 3. Make a new layer and set opacity to 79

 

Step 4. Run default Col_Rainbow

 

Step 5. use motion blur at angle 25.0 and full amount

 

Step 6. Flatten the image

 

Step 7. Make a new layer and set opacity to 30

 

Step 8. Run Texture>Nebulous and fill all bars

 

RENDERS

Step 1. Flatten the image and make a new layer

 

Step 2. Find your desired Image and delete the background(Put Render/s on the same layer.)

 

Step 3. Run Jitter at default after pasting all images

 

Step 4. Select your render and make a new layer

 

Step 5. On the top layer, Run NewtonFractal with ZOOM at top, Pan at top and Colours at 74.

 

Step 6. Delete all of that layers except for the Renders

 

Step 7. Run Lens Flare

TEXT

Step 1. Flatten the image and make a new layer

 

Step 2. Get your text and write (Maximum Size 48 )

 

Step 3. Run Outline>Outline Object and use default(make sure you have the colour of the outling selected as your primary colour)

 

Step 4. When you have the outline, go to Adjustments>Curves +>and choose whatever one you want. Adjust them.

 

Saving The Image

Step 1. Flatten the image

 

Step 2. Go To Saveas>and name it but save it as a .JPG/.JPEG

 

Step 3. Upload to an image hosting site

 

Step 4. Copy the IMG code and pste wherever
