First effect pretty much protects this card from anything but monster effects. This card can really piss off your opponent with that main/second effect of it. They'll have to keep a constant amount of cards on the field if they would want to use Spell or Trap Cards, otherwise they'll have to limit themselves to the cards they use and what time they use them. Can easily screw your opponent over if they don't play their cards right. And like what Renji said, having multiples of this on your field would probably ruin your opponent's game strategy. Maybe add a drawback saying you can only control 1 of this card? 9.8/10

The first time you mention Graveyard, you used a lower 'G' D:

 

Looks good however, don't know if the other cards exist or if you've made them before etc.

 

Seems balanced anyway, the parenthesis part doesn't look right, I wouldn't know how to word it, but it is only OCG and I still understand the effect

"If you control a face-up "Ice Barrier" or "Ice Fairy" other than this card, this card cannot be targeted by Spell and Trap Cards or be selected as an attack target."

 

Anyway, the card is great, and the img is nice. 9.6/10

Hitokage, it's against Josh's heavy expressed rules to just post the OCG errors. Josh went all out and made it so you actually have to comment on the card.

Thanks for the info Jay. And sorry Icy, was going to then but had something else to do, so I just posted that.

 

Anyway, first effect seems very nice, being protected as long as you have the right cards, perfect for its level and DEF. Though the second effect is a little OP'd for a LV3. Seems more like a LV4 monster effect. Drawback would be necessary. LP payment, discard a card, any of those simple ones would work.

 

Picture is amazing and name suits it. 9.5/10
