Also, remove it's effect "This card's effect cannot be negated" That's overdoing things. You have many OCG errors. It should say something like this. "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 Samus Aran on your side of the field. This card can attack twice per turn. This card is unaffected by Spells, Traps and Monster Effects that designate a target. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Zero Suit Samus" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard in face-up Attack position". ^^^ This is just an example You should also decrease her ATK and DEF stats a bit, to make the card more balanced and fair. 5/10 since you're still new at this.
