These are quite good for a first set.

I agree with the complaint on Hitman, should probably have a cost.

 

Some errors here and there.

The Synchro Scarface has the Tuner Scarface's name in the wrong order.

There is no such thing as "Direct Damage" anymore, only Battle Damage and Effect Damage. But since it's using an effect, it's implied to be Effect Damage, so you just replace "inflict x Direct Damage" with "inflict x damage to your opponent".

OCG could use some work in a lot of little places (eg. "survives", "remove 1 Level", "Damage Calculations" instead of "damage calculation"), but it's not too bad.

Shady Thug: Survives... no. It should be: If this card is face-up on your field at the end of your opponent's Battle Phase.

Crazy Thug: When this card destroys a monster in battle, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. After the 3rd time this effect is used while this card is face-up on the field, increase this card's ATK by 600 until your opponent's 2nd End Phase.

Los Angeles Thug: When this card's Level reaches 3, negate its first effect and treat it as a Tuner monster.

Smoking Thug: ...inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each Thug Counter on it...

Muscle Shirt Thug: When this card destroys a monster in battle, inflict 400 damage to your opponent.

I also suggest the first effect to only activate when it attacks a monster, so it cannot be abused by directly attacking.

Wanted Thug: ...inflict 200 damage to your opponent for every monster this card destroyed in battle while it was face-up on the field...

Thug Bunny: Once per turn, during your Battle Phase, you can destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap card on the field. If the destroyed card is a Spell Card, inflict 500 damage to its controller.

Thug Hitman: When this card attacks a monster, destroy that monster with this card's effect before without damage calculation. When this card destroys 3 monsters with this effect, it can attack directly.

Scarface, Boss of the Thugs: "Toon Thug Scarface" + 2 non-Tuner monsters.........to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Future Thug: ....destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card on the field.

 

 

All the effects seem balanced enough. But honestly... a Thug Archetype... seriously... :D

An odd idea. I like the effects and the creativity though.

P.S.: When you have so many card, you should put them in spoilers and post the lores underneath them. It makes it easier to read and stuff ;)
