Mainly because if they attack directly, they can deal some nice damage to you. Has a nice way to swarm out the Clowns or the Bickuribox. It benefits the Clown monster easily by letting them change their battle positions twice per turn, which really works well with their effects. Bickuribox gets a nice 700+ to each stat, making it still with no effect, but a nasty 3000 beater. Overall, great support for Clowns and Bickuribox.
