If this card is successfully summoned, you can tribute 1 or more WATER or Aqua-Type monster(s) to activate any of the following effects once per turn:

●Special Summon any Level 4 or lower Aqua-Type monster from your Hand or Deck. (Regardless of summoning conditions)

●Increase the ATK of this card by 100.

●Select 1 monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls. The selected monsters are removed from play for remainder of the duel

●Increase your Life Points by 500 and decrease your opponent's by 200.

I love any and all cards related to WATER so that already a plus for me. The card art is another plus, but the effect is WAY under powered. The measly burn, and the weak ATK bonus should be hyped up. ESPECIALLY since you have to tribute a monster to activate them. Why would I tribute off a monster with more than 100 ATK points to gain 100 ATK? Do you see where I'm going here? These effects need serious beefing up before I ever dared to summon this card.

 

Also, he's 1 level higher that your contest allows.
