Other than Yong-Sun, they're underpowered, Balendin does have a good effect, but 2 Tributes for a simple 2150 ATK and 1900 DEF, and all you get is a simple card returned to your Deck. And Eno is kinda underpowered, even if your running a D.D. Deck, he's still underpowered, and it's only for your Graveyard.

They could be better
